Master FFL Transfer PIN

Master FFL Transfer PIN (Optional)

Optional. 1–255 alphanumeric characters (spaces allowed). A valid PIN bypasses willing dealer opt-outs (global opt-out, NFA preference, unlicensed seller) — the same effect as a B2B transfer. Validation is performed server-side against the stored PIN.
